Terrell Fletcher
“Energetic,” “exciting,” “educational,” “fun” and “informative.” These are some of the ways Terrell Fletcher’s teaching and preaching style has been described. His relevant messages have inspired both Christian and secular audiences alike. He is seen as a rising voice of a generation on relevant issues such as teen pregnancy, drug abuse, self-worth, and policy.
Born and raised St. Louis Mo, like many in his neighborhood Terrell had dreams of playing professional sports. Because of his athletic ability he was awarded an athletic scholarship to the University of Wisconsin and majored in English Literature. His contributions helped the teams he played on win the 1994 Rose Bowl and 1995 Outback Bowl. In April of 1995 Terrell was selected in the NFL draft by the San Diego Chargers.
During his college years Terrell’s life began to take an unsavory twist. His habits of extreme and excess heralded the reward of an arrest that threatened his college scholarship and professional future. Challenged by a friend to revisit his walk with Christ Terrell committed his life to Christ and this has been his constant motivation since that time.
A man of transformation, during his time in the NFL, Terrell was an active community participant. He served as the chairman/spokesman for Jr. Achievement, San Diego County Adoptions, and served with a group of teammates who made meals to feed San Diego’s homeless. Through Destiny-N-Me, Terrell offered annual college scholarships to deserving teens and host assemblies aimed at acquainting troubled teens with positive role models. He was also active in his local church, where he taught a Bible study and frequently treated the young adults to a pro football game.
Today, Terrell serves as the Sr. Pastor of the City of Hope International Church, a thriving multicultural ministry based in San Diego, Ca. His motivating messages have made him a sought after speaker in multiple circles. He has shared the message of transformation and hope in many parts of the world including Nigeria, Cote d` Vore, Uganda and Belize. He is driven by his passion is to serve people of all persuasions, backgrounds and conditions toward their God given destiny.
Terrell is an ordained Pastor and has an BA in English Literature and a Master’s degree in Religious Studies. He balances his life with his lovely wife Sheree and his “bonus” son, Trey.

From her lemonade stand, to “Boyer’s Burgers –N- Fries" in college, Kadesha has been an entrepreneur for as long as she can remember. So, it is no surprise that her itch for entrepreneurship came again in her early 20’s. In October 2011, Kadesha and her friend/business partner started Charisma Events & Consulting (CEC), a full event production and business consulting firm. CEC is located in San Diego and serves clients in southern California. Their mission is to create custom designed events that leave lasting impressions with each and every client. Additionally, CEC aims to equip small businesses with business planning know-how and effective pr/marketing strategies.
Although event planning and business consulting come natural to Kadesha, she understands she has been called for something higher than just that.
In addition, to CEC, she mentors young teens and provides life advice to family, friends, and anyone who will listen. She is a woman full of wisdom and faith and wants to share her nuggets with the world.
Kadesha has worked for Fortune 500 companies, such as ArvinMeritor Inc, MBNA Corporation and most recent, Sony Electronics. During her time at Sony, Kadesha’s collective responsibilities included efficiently managing Advertising and Promotional budgets for Sony’s new OLED technology. She achieved the company’s multimillion
dollar revenue goal by managing marketing efforts and ensuring all programs aligned with overall strategy. Additionally, she managed market communication for the VAIO Marketing Group—specifically Premium Services and VAIO accessories. Kadesha utilized consumer insights to create compelling and effective messaging that addressed the customer’s needs as well as drove the premium brand message.
As a result of her marketing expertise, she spoke at the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) Multicultural Marketing Conference. She has been featured or quoted in The Royaltons Report, Diversity Affluence monthly e-Newsletter and Black is the New Green by Leonard E. Burnett Jr. and Andrea Hoffman.
In summer 2011, Kadesha took a leap of faith and left her stable corporate job to pursue one of her God-given talents, writing and motivational speaking. Her confirmation came from her favorite scripture 1Timothy 4:12 which states, “Do not let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity.” Upon receiving this confirmation, Kadesha knew it was time
to turn her dream into a reality -- speaking and writing encouraging people-especially teenagers to be confident in how God created them. Furthermore, informing people that they were created with purpose and only after they have discovered their purpose, they will live a fulfilling life. Kadesha spoke at the Focused and Naturally Confident Youth (FANCY) Teen expo and encouraged girls between the ages of 7-17 the steps to loving themselves and gaining confidence from the inside out. Kadesha has also presented several times at the YouthBuild Program in San Diego. She inspired young adults to pursue their life dream in spite of their current economic or social status.
Kadesha received her Master of Business Administration in Marketing, from Clark Atlanta University and her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, from Spelman College. Kadesha was raised in Delaware where the majority of her family still resides. Currently, she lives in San Diego with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, eating at new restaurants, and spending time growing closer to God. Her business acumen and passion for people coupled with her spiritual wisdom makes her a must have at any convention, church function, seminar, and panel discussion. Ryan Davies is a Corporate Consultant and multi-course instructor with Dale
Carnegie Training of San Diego. He started his career as a sales representative
with Cutco Cutlery. Within his first year he was promoted 5 times and was
recognized as the Best Week Ever Champion. Following Cutco Cutlery, he joined
Discount Tire Corporation and sold retail as well as managed the back room
operations and logistics.
As a corporate consultant with Dale Carnegie Training, Ryan supports
organizations in their workplace learning and development objectives. Through
assessments, workshops, and strategic discussions, his solutions improve
employee performance, engage teams, increase productivity, efficiency and
profitability.
As a certified multi-course instructor, he teaches both public and in-house

Ryan was a collegiate athlete. He played football at San Diego Mesa College
