Hamilton has been licensed to conduct investigations in the State of California since 1993. His background includes FBI (surveillance & undercover operations), San Diego City Attorney's Office (fraud and civil pre-trial investigations - both defense and plaintiff), San Diego Law Enforcement Training Instructor, Special Investigations Unit Manager, Workers' Compensation Investigations Instructor and General Investigations Training Instructor for Private Investigators, Law Firms and insurance carriers.

Hamilton specializes in AOE/COE, Subrogation, Civil Pre-trial, Asset Searches, Background and Catastrophic Claims. He has completed fraud packages for local law enforcement agencies with a large number of convictions. After the convictions, Hamilton has filed Civil Restitution Orders (CR-110) with the courts and the respective county recorders office. Hamilton is also a Certified Trainer in Workers' Compensation Investigations, Accident Investigations and Evidence Photography. Hamilton is a court qualified expert in the areas of Photography, Missing Persons and Accident Reconstruction. Certified Process Server.

Mark Garcia

Assistant Pastor/Senior Business Manager North Park Apostolic Church

Pastor Elder Mark Garcia has served with the North Park Apostolic Church family for over 20 years. Under the current leadership of Bishop Willie Brooks, he operates as the Assistant Pastor.

Prior to his ministry calling, Pastor Garcia gained 10 years of experience in the Insurance and Investment industry where he has honed his business skills. He was then called in 1994 to serve as Senior Business Manager for North Park Apostolic Church. In this position he was responsible for the operation of the business office, school office, and various other financial and human resource functions. In 2001, he was named Chief of Staff.

Pastor Garcia was ordained as an Elder in 1995 and then designated as Assistant Pastor in 2001. In this position, he continued to maintain business operations in addition to ministry responsibilities. He is the founder of the Victorious Living Manual and Seminar and is a sought after speaker, teacher, and counselor. He is gifted and very passionate about deliverance and equipping saints to live holy and abundant lives. He is also dedicated to helping others to maximize their potential through serving their leaders.

His heart’s desire is to work alongside Bishop Willie Brooks to help reach 10% of San Diego and bring to pass the vision that God has given to NPAC.
Pastor Garcia currently resides in San Diego, CA with his partner in ministry, Sis. Debbie Garcia and their two children: Philip and Angela.

Mark Magruder
The LIFE Financial Group, Inc

Mark Magruder is a Financial Advisor and also assists the other advisors in communicating with our clients. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses in addition to his Pennsylvania Life & Health insurance license. Mark also assists with tax preparation, marketing, and church seminars. He graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Accounting. Mark brings to The Life Group a wealth of experience in accounting and tax preparation. He also has first hand understanding of the small business owner having started several small companies.

Married in 1985 to Maryanne, the Magruders have three grown boys. They attend New Life Bible Fellowship Church in Oley where they are active in various groups. In his spare time, he also volunteers for Hockey Ministries International assisting them with summer camp ministries. In addition, Mark is very involved as an off-ice official, mostly a goal judge in professional hockey. He has worked with the American Hockey League's Philadelphia Phantoms since 2002, and with the Reading Royals since 2005. He is also the chaplain for the ECHL Reading Royals where he does a weekly Bible study with the professional hockey players. Mark & Maryanne also enjoy National Parks and traveling to California and Canada to visit their boys.
